I had consulted the doctor as I had little ear pain and I went to clean my ear* ****** *** ***** There was more waiting time in the hospital that was concern as doctor was late, I waited for more than an hour. In practo, it was showing as Rs 500 but hospital charged me Rs 1000. Later I raised this issue and I got refunded Rs 500. I took invoice copy and sent it to practo via app. Within 2 hours I got amount. The person in hospital told amount got changed. I can definitely recommend doctor to my family or friends. Doctor was very friendly with me.

I had an ENT issue so went to hospital. Consultation experience was fine with the doctor. I would like to recommend this doctor to my family and friends. Tablets were prescribed by the doctor. Medical tests were done. There was no waiting time in the hospital. I am better now and improvement was there. Doctor was friendly with me.

Waited for 2 hours couldn't see the doctor. And came back because kids were home. What's the point of getting appointment

Very crowded and extremely long wait time and barely any seating. So booking an appointment, free or not, barely makes a difference
