Dr. Uma Rajesh

I visited Dr. Uma Rajesh for an emergency with my dental clip, and she immediately provided a good solution and explained everything clearly. The staff and environment were good, and the clinic is conveniently located close to my house. Overall, it was a positive experience.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Uma Rajesh. She was highly responsible, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan.

I had a severe toothache and reached out to Dr. Uma Rajesh. Even though he was initially out of town, he advised me over the phone and made special arrangements to treat me the next day, showing great dedication and excellent care. The clinic was soothing, and the consultation felt worthwhile.

Dr. Uma Rajesh is very kind and explains everything well. I have a cavity and she will be doing my root canal tomorrow. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit and the fees.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the consultation fee of ₹800 charged for a 5:10 minute consultation at your clinic today. I felt the fee was excessive considering:

- No medication was provided

- No cleaning or treatment was done

- Only a small X-ray was taken

- The consultation mainly involved discussing treatment options for root canal treatment and tooth extraction

For a consultation alone, ₹800 seems steep, especially when other clinics charge ₹300-₹500 for consultation and X-ray combined. Previously, your clinic charged ₹200 for my child's consultation, which seemed reasonable.

I appreciate your expertise, but I hope you understand my concern about the fee. If the effort doesn't warrant ₹800, I'd appreciate it if you could reconsider the charges.

Initially I went to Teeth straightening one year before (Feb 2020) due to crowded teeth. Dr gave me an option for extracting Crowded teeth and fixing Artificial teeth. I asked abt braces option. But Dr. Informed that your age is 32, so braces option will not work for you. I believed the Dr, so I accepted for the procedure. So I went to clinic again on May 2020. Before extraction Dr said 3 teeth need to extract but while extracting they removed totally 5 teeth ******* ** *********** The reason maybe whatever *** ** ****** *** ****** ********** ****** ***** ********* After few days they grinded additionally 4 teeth to fix a artificial teeth. But I am not aware of grinding process will be done to fix a Artificial teeth. Actually I thought the screw will be insert to fix a teeth ( Those days even I don't know the screw insert procedure name is IMPLANT). But Dr done **** ******* procedure called "Bridge". Actually I don't like this Bridge procedure because of grinding of good teeth and extraction of many teeth.**** ** ** *** ********* **** ******** I would not accept for the Bridge procedure if Dr explained abt the Procedure in detail before itself. After few days of procedure I asked Dr why you didn't explain abt "Bridge" procedure in detail, but I didn't get the proper answer for that. Also I asked why Dr you didn't told abt IMPLANT procedure and why you told Braces will not workout for me, but Dr had responded with some medical terms and some incident regarding IMPLANT. But I am not satisfied with the answers. In this Clinic also there are additional 2 doctors available and they really don't know what conversations happened between me and the Dr who did Bridge procedure for me. The additional two Doctors are not believed me what I told, they replied definitely Doctor use to tell procedure. But, before the treatment Dr who did Procedure for me had only explained " Extracting the teeth and fixing a artificial teeth" . Didn't explained abt grinding and all. Even didn't explain abt the procedure name is Bridging. Due to this unsatified treatment I felt soo bad for few months. I got angry on myself due to my foolishness.

Also the artificial teeth little bit moved down, so the clinic had replaced with a New artificial teeth (CAP) recently. I hope this will be strong for life long...

Now I feel that the natural crowded teeth is 1000 times better than the artificial teeth. Also I feel some discomfort.

If you go to this clinic pls ask the treatment procedure in detail & Treatment Name.

Dr. Uma Rajesh is friendly and kind. She explained my dental problem clearly and made sure I didn’t feel anxious. The fees are affordable.

**** *** ******* **** ***** I don't know about the value of money but I feel that Rs. 6000 charged is more. When advance amount of Rs. 2000 paid, it was told that some concession will be given of the original amount. But which was not done.

Dr. Uma Rajesh showed sincerity, discipline, and punctuality during the consultation. The clinic is conveniently located on the main road.

Dr. Uma Rajesh is very cordial and encouraging, which made me feel comfortable. He patiently answered all my questions during the consultation.
