Dr. S. Sriman Narayanan, B.A.M.S., M.D (Manasa Roga), MSc (Psychology), stands out as one of the few Ayurveda Psychiatrists in the country, dedicated to addressing psychiatric illnesses through a traditional Ayurvedic methodology with an integrated perspective. Previously holding the position of Assistant Professor of Kaya Chikitsa at a private medical college for five years, he currently serves as an honorary member of the TN State Mental Health Authority. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Sriman adeptly manages various psychiatric conditions using classical Ayurvedic approaches, including panchakarma and satwavajaya chikitsa (Ayurvedic psychotherapy). Passionate about raising awareness on the preventive aspects of psychiatric illnesses, he delivers guest lectures on stress management to schools and corporates, regularly contributing as a speaker on All India Radio (AIR). As the founder and chief physician of Sri Manasa Ayurveda Super Speciality Clinic in Chennai, he extends his expertise as a visiting consultant Ayurveda Psychiatrist at Dhanwanthralaya Ayurveda Speciality Hospital in Tambaram, Chennai.
