It was a warm experience, i reached early by 15 minutes for an appointment at 730. She was kind and put me at ease by greeting me by coming out when she was all draped for an ongoing procedure.
I am a doctor with very high standards, so i know what to look for in a place, where they cut corners. I asked if the Instruments are autoclaved, the staff confirmed that it was autoclaved and sealed. This is a very important thing to check, places just use spirit to clean instruments, but surgical spirit doesnt kill bacterial spores, so this is very important pre-requisite. And to my luck, the Oral maxillo-facial surgeon was available then. I agreed for a wisdom tooth extraction.
The Surgeon was top notch to say the least, I have seen my friends with Wisdom tooth extraction having faces like they just got out of a Road traffic accident, i can say i have the least amount of swelling possible, this is my post-op day 1. The procedure was painless, My right lower wisdom tooth was extracted under local anesthesia, so was my right upper wisdom tooth, the anesthesia was adequate. I had impacted wisdom tooth, when i say impacted, just imagine the teeth lying horizontally and hidden away unders layers of gum tissue, so it had to be dug and then broken into pieces for removal, so this was painless hence i say the surgeon was top-notch.
The place is clean, inviting. I chose Dr Shradha for her outstanding credentials, i wasnt disappointed.
I am very tough critic, but this was a pleasant experience. Hoping to go back, planning to recommend to my family members.

I went for wisdom tooth extraction, I must really say that the doctor put me in ease and explained me the reason for the teeth removal. The instruments used were in autoclave and thus the cleanliness part was excellent.
The ortho maxillofacial surgeon removed my wisdom teeth and she explained me each and every step of it. They are responsive for all the queries we put forth and yes the best part was wisdom teeth removal was painless.
I would go ahead and recommend all my friends regarding this clinic. I am totally satisfied with their treatment and the doctor was very friendly.

I visited Dr. Shradha for my 7 yr old daughter’s dental issues. She had cavities and I was worried how the doctor would handle it given my daughter’s sensitivity to pain. However, starting from the staff at the clinic to the sittings with Dr. Shradha, the whole process put my child at ease. Even the so called intrusive and painful part was handled very gently by the Doctor. She explained the process well to my daughter and showed extreme patience and care. He demeanour made the three sittings a breeze.
Really appreciate the care provided and highly recommend!!
