Dr. Sathiya . S is a Consultant - Obstetrician and Gynecologist, Laparoscopic Surgeon and Infertility Specialist. She completed her MBBS in 2008 and MD - Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2012. Additionally, she has done her Dipl. in Adv. Minimal Invasive Surgery and Post Graduate Diploma in ART and Reproductive Medicine. Her Specializations are in High-risk Obstetrics, Antenatal care, postnatal care, Fertility treatment, Laparoscopic Surgeries and Ultrasound in Obs and Gyn. Excels in teaching and educating the patient and attenders regarding the postnatal care to avoid long term complications. Dr. Sathiya encourages vaginal deliveries. She totally believes in ethical practices and protocols in treating in patients and has a very friendly approach to patient and their family members. She has headed the OBG department in Medical College for more than 3 years. Having more than 25 publications in Obstetrics and Gynecology in both National and International Journals and has published a chapter in a textbook for Engineering in Ovarian Ultrasound
