I am Vinothkumar, age 39 from Chennai. I underwent tonsil and nasal surgery under the care of Dr. Sanjeev Mohanty, an ENT specialist, after struggling with severe health issues for over 15 years. I had persistent problems with sleep, heavy snoring, and difficulty breathing, which made it nearly impossible to lie down and sleep at night. Here I am, to share my remarkable experience with Dr. Sanjeev Mohanty, who has demonstrated unparalleled expertise deserving of a 11 out of 10 rating. Diagnosed with an asymptomatic TI-RADS 5 category thyroid nodule and an FNAC report suggesting the presence of PTC with Hurthle cells, I sought Dr. Mohantys specialized care when I was in India from Canada. Dr. Mohantys responsiveness was exemplary. He promptly scheduled an appointment and meticulously coordinated all requisite preliminary investigations, including an ultrasound, CT contrast for lymph node evaluation, and a comprehensive CT scan of the neck.

Dr. Mohantys team exhibited exceptional precision when they identified macro calcifications and multiple tiny colloidal cysts in both thyroid lobes and these findings were not apparent in an earlier ultrasound conducted in Canada 45 days prior. Upon reviewing the CT contrast results, Dr. Mohanty promptly performed a vocal cord examination using VL scopy and scheduled the surgery. His thorough and informative counseling regarding the surgical procedure and post-operative care was noteworthy. Dr. Mohanty addressed each query with exceptional clarity and a reassuring demeanor which greatly contributed to my comfort and confidence that HE IS THE ONE.
