Doctor didn't come as per the appointment time.

We had to wait for more than2hrs.

They could have at least informed us abt the delay,they were least bothered abt the patients.

doctor sajitha came in very late and was in a hurry and was least bothered to listen to patients and was rude too.

We are not jobless to sit for many hours and we are not taking treatments free of cost...we spend more money trusting that we 'll get good service,but if srushti has to grow further they shud also look into patients with care cos we'll never recommend srushti to anyone.

Patients are your customers.please understand this.

Sajitha doctor is very good and very kind doctor. But even after appointed time, we met the doctor in delayed time period. Also when we went to get the medical report, we got the same experience. Also they are allowing old members first without our permission even after having appointment. Which they need to regulate.

Her way of handling patients is superb. she is the best doctor.it is because of her that today i am a mother.
