I have undergone for parotidectomy for pleomorphic adenoma below my left ear. The surgery was conducted on 4th March 2022 by the ENT Doctor R Ramakrishnan in Fortis Malar Hospital Chennai. After the surgery regular checkup was done by the ENT Doctor every week. During the routine check up it was found that flowning and puffing of cheek was partially restored, mild deviation in the angle of mouth, nasolabial fold present and eye closure was partial. It was diagnosed by the doctor that left superficial parotidectomy recovering from partial facial palasy and advised for conservative facial physiotherapy - electrical stimulation.

As per the Doctor advise I went to Vijaya physiotherapy Clinic in Kilpauk. Dr. Vijaya examined my nerve system and advised me to take the electrical stimulation for four weeks. After one week of stimulation Dr.Vijaya changed the method of stimulation and it showed a vast improvement in my face and the deviation inthe mouth angle came to normal position and also my eye closure becomes normal, which was partially closing before physiotherapy.

My sincere thanks to Dr.Vijaya for correctly diagnosed the problem and cured. Also I have to thank the junior therapist who do the stimulation with much care.

Once again I thank the entire team for curing the facial problem.
