I had a severe Sinus Allergy 5 months ago. My voice also was different. I used to wake up early mornings due to allergy sneezing and was not able to resume back to sleep , Dr suggested me to take CT , there 5 passage has sinus congestion for me. Further he suggested taking medication for a long term for about one year so that i can get rid of it completely. He also suggested the root cause is that these problems come due to the behavior of getting irritated most often which I have been having and low immunity.
