The doctor provided good treatment in a very nice ambiance. He was attentive and the overall experience felt positive.

I liked Dr Reuben's conservative approach. He believes that we should allow the body to heal on its own and should do procedure only when it's essential. He explained the current situation nicely and evaluated the pros and cons of doing or not doing anything. I would strongly recommend Dr Reuben.

I had several root canals treatments done incorrectly in Dubai which needed to be treated again. After being highly recommended by my husband, who had undergone extensive treatment with Dr. Reuben, I travelled to Chennai in March this year for my re-root canal treatment.

Dr. Reuben was so gracious in accommodating me in his busy schedule. He was always punctual, thorough and at the same time was always concerned with my wellbeing and comfort level throughout the procedures at every single sitting. He explained the treatment plan in detail before every sitting and at every stage kept updating me on what he was doing and what to expect in terms of discomfort level. Because of my TMJ issues, I was not able to keep my mouth open for long. Seeing my discomfort, he immediately stopped treatment so that I could rest my jaw and come back another day. He also put me onto a TMJ specialist to guide me on my treatment options. He truly took the best care of me throughout my visits. The treatment itself was smooth and pain free all due to his mastery in his job. I am 100 percent satisfied with my treatment.

His clinic is refreshingly aesthetically pleasing and clean. The other doctor at the clinic Dr. Jayashree ( hope I have the name right) and all the staff are very friendly, courteous and professional at all times.

I have never been one to like going to the dentist, I’ve just never had good experiences with them. But Dr. Reuben Joseph and his staff absolutely changed my attitude about going to the dentist as a whole. Hi sir....I am came with incomplete root canal with silver fillings.... nearly 3 to 4 yrs I am suffering from this...for me dono the reason for the pain...but you explained with very clear....then you said what are the other teeth problems are there for me.....sir ur very respectful person and while on the treatment you gave me full support and very much care about the patient that u were asking any uncomfortable with the treatment....you have lots of new technological equipments sir that equipments are very useful and good....thank you so much sir.... surely I will recommend you for my friends and families sir☺️
