We use creams which we are not aware of and we later suffer from problems and will go for **** doctor for remedies. Same happened to me. Used steroids and was seeking for her help. My doc Renita took care of me with so much love. When it comes to skin problems, the tenure will be usually high. And the result is based on how your skin reacts to the medicine. It took me nearly an year to come out of steroids. From a very bad state to a good state now. Its all because of her. I will list some which I noticed.

1. Very friendly (must and top on list)

2. She will understand your problems and will explain in layman’s term.

4. She will inform you what medicine they are going to give and how it will work and what will be the next step if it doesn’t work. Which makes you to understand about your problems.

5. The medicine she prescribe has its own standard and the best.

6. They possess highly advanced equipment and well trained staff.

7. Very friendly staff and kind response from her entire team.

8. The clinic environment will make us to come again.

9. Coming the cost part, it’s high but never mind the results will speak.

The glow, acne disappearance will never happen in a day or two. It will take time and for some it takes quiet a lot of time and it also depends on your style of foods you prefer and physical activity.

Firstly i got an appointment aftr 8 days only, so i waited such long time to see Doctor later when i entered into clinic, it made me to realise why such waiting time , its because we will not meet any other patient on our appointment timing that itself made me happy. Secondly nurse asked me to fill 2-3 forms and i got irritated why these people are asking me to fill so many forms but trust me you will be shocked when doctors tells us what problem we have exactly. Dr.renita is a very swt person who will discuss with us about our lifestyle and what we do in daily activities after analyzing all that only she will give us treatment. If you go to a doctor they will not even ready to listen ur problem. If u say hair fall then treatment would be Minoxidil with scalpe shampoo and some finaster tab but Dr.renita started with some mild shampoo and alternative treatments which suits my scalpe condition , so am going to start the medication lets update aftr one and half months. thank you so much madam

The first word that comes to my mind when I think about Dr.Renita is “ethical”. I had a good feeling about her even before I met her. The reason being , the TV in her reception area not only displayed information about the treatments that are offered at her clinic but also social and educational causes that she cared about such as vidyarambam and animal welfare. Being involved with an educational NGO myself , I was immediately impressed and felt a whole lot positive. To meet a doctor who genuinely cared for her patients well-being was a refreshing change for me as most of the “top” dermatologists that i have been to in chennai were either bothered only about money or didn’t really care or both. She is very sweet to talk to , put me at ease immediately, takes time to hear concerns and explains the problem and the treatment clearly and patiently ,she can easily be contacted through whatsapp and all questions are promptly answered , the only clinic I visited where the staff call back the next day after a procedure to check if you’re alright ( the staffs are extremely kind and professional)and she doesn’t let her assistants do the work for her. She does all procedures herself , which really impressed me as I was used to the “top” dermatologists letting other doctors or nurses do it for them. I was put off by all this and almost lost hope in finding a good dermatologist in chennai. But thankfully I met Dr.Renita and I am extremely pleased that I found her and satisfied with her treatment.

She is very pleasant and patiently responds to whatever concern we have. The same attitude is carried over to all her employees and everyone in the clinic treats and respects the patients well. Waiting time is also negligible if we book prior appointment. I am over all happy for finding a good skin specialist finally :)

You people really have to consider patients time and the amount of money they spend for the treatment. ****** **** ** *********** ** ******* **** **** **** *** ******** *** ****** if any queries we have to ask only nurses and not the doctor ..and everything will be explained in a paper whereas it's very hard to remember your treatments name and medical terms which you use *** *** *** *** *** ***** ** **** ** **** **** ******* ****** ****** because the medical terms which you use definitely a normal person cannot understand.. so please explain your treatment before you start off. I need to know y am getting this treatment atleast am the one who is going to take and spend for this.

I am taking treatment from may 2019 it's been 6 months.. ****** **** ****** * **** ***** **** **** *** ****** I came here for uneven skin tone and to improve skin colour..

Before beginning the treatment you suggested me to take tests for Fasting lipid profile, serum vitamin D level, CBC,Se vitamin B12 level, USG Pelvis scan, Thyroid profile, FBS,fasting insulin level, LFT **** **** ****** I have spent 8000 INR to take all these test from * **** **** laboratory, then I went to my family doctor (she is a hospital dean in a reputed hospital) ** **** ********* *** **************

In render skin clinic, Initially they put me in LED therapy ( 8 sessions for every 2 weeks - INR 2886), laser hair removal for face - INR 36153), PICO for skin lightening- INR 3000/session, Face contouring- INR 6000/session- they suggested this for 3 sessions but after doing one they stopped it, they changed the treatment to Higher chemical peel - INR 4500/session - this treatment also they suggested initially for 3 sessions then they stopped with one, then the treatment changed to DERM YAG TONING - INR 5000/session- this they suggested initially for 4 sessions then the plan changed after one session, DERM LEDL - INR 2500/ session - asusual plan changed after 2 sessions, in addition to this consultation charge - INR 850/session.. plus every time they will give me so many creams and medicines here am mentioning only about the sample, Nuzest protein powder - INR 7500/half kg (i bought thrice),clearance gel face wash- INR 1400, cicalfate - 1200 INR, roc pro correct - 2300 INR, retiage cream- 2500 INR, Heliocare oral capsules - 3340 INR (Bought 4 bottles till not which comes around some 13000+ INR), alpecin caffeine - INR 899, DUCRAY shampoo - INR 550 (2 bottles/month), selsun daily shampoo - INR 400 (2 bottles/month), Recovery gel of their own product they will fill in syringe and gave - 500 INR/Syringe), in addition to that so many creams lacsoft, sebamed clear gel, helio care sunscreen, face guard, and much more face wash, shampoos, sunscreen etc etc etc...

Finally last week again they changed my Yag toning treatment plan which they fixed earlier and asked me to repeat the above tests once again from the doctor which they suggest.. I already took these tests 6 months ago by spending 8000 INR and got suggestion from hospital dean but they are not convinced with that and asking me to get suggestion from the doctor in Vijaya hospital which they usually suggest for their patients.. I dont even know about this doctor and so far I never changed my family doctor.. but I don't know y should i repeat all the above tests??

Ok once for all am even ready to repeat the test in the hospital which you suggest... but when this treatment will end? When will i get the expected results? How much more i have to pay?? Till now every 2 weeks am visiting your hospital and when this will end? * ***** ** ** **** ********** ** *** ********** Everytime y there is change in the plan? *** *** ***** *********** ** ** *****

After spending this much i dont want to come out of this treatment with a failure.. please give me a correct and genuine answers for my questions..

The doctor is definitely very famous in Internet and I was influenced by it to seek an appointment and the appointment was given almost 3 weeks later on April 12th. I have no problems with time period of 3 weeks but even on the day of appointment, the time given for consultation was not more than 5 minutes. I don't even remember seeing the doctor on the day after the day of appointment. It  was like seeing a meteorite in the sky for a flash of second.

The consultation process was rushed through by the doctor after having me wait for almost half an hour in spite of I being on-time for appointment. I even had doubts if the doctor really understood my problem in the very very brief consultation period of not exceeding 5 minutes. Her assistants then took over by explaining me the prescription with a big list of medicines which I didn't even buy ** * ** ***** *** ********* ** *** ****** ***** **** ********* ** **** ** **** * ***** **** ** *****

The experience overall was like that of applying for a passport where you need to wait for a long time to get an appointment with a straight faced government official who is more keen to go back home for the day. Even doctors in government hospitals would have more time for you.

I have been frequenting Dr Renita for a while now and I was real happy with her services that I referred half a dozen of my friends.

Really disappointed to note that the service at the clinic has severely deteriorated.

Firstly, its near impossible to book an appointment. You need to book weeks in advance and the nurses claim to call you back to see if they fit you in and has never once called back. This is highly frustrating especially in the middle of a treatment.

Once you finally manage to get an appointment and show up, you realise there was no point in coming on time as you will be made to wait for more than an hour to see the doctor.

After all this, you finally meet the doctor and she is always in a hurry to finish her consultation and send you out. She talks for maximum of 5 mins and is intent on finishing it briefly.

Its almost as if they are only intent on raking in more and more clients than spend quality team with existing ones. Despite adding another doctor to the team, the situation is the same.

Please think twice before going here and visit only if your tolerance level is really high.

I had shared positive feedback after my first visit and during this time, only tests were given. Treatment was not started. But from 2nd visit onwards, sisters are not communicating properly on treatment followups. . Doctor was friendly in nature. I feel with the given treatment I couldn't expect results even if I wait for a long time. . Doctor suggested some therapy, but assistants initially not given appointments for starting therapy. I had called them continuously to get on this therapy. I was frustrated bcoz they are supposed to start and continue therapy, but sadly I followed to get appointments fixed. Unluckily they did not fix time on my requested dates. But fixed on my inconvenient timings. So I couldn't make. Now that guy told up to one month no slots available. Already it is nearing to a month after visiting Dr. Then what is the point in continuing treatment with them?

Assistants not given a chance to talk to Dr again. There is no mode of direct communication between Dr and patient once come out of doctor' s room even when required to communicate. Some other tests were done and those were deficient. I shared reports long back. But no response from them. What should I think then? Would you be able to treat my Issues? If not please let me know. AM SRINIVASAN I CAME ON 02.06.2015 FA CONSULTAION.It was better but she cleared allthe doubts it was fine but She didn't give me more confidence . she has to decide wat treat should b given to cure my hair fall . she asking to decide me and I dnt know whether the treatment will suit or not she as to decide n tell which will suit me but she didn't tell

Main thing is I wanted to tell is while the consultation is going between doctor and patient ,y should the PA b there inside den how could patient will b free to say all his worries n tht consultation won't b good patient will feel shy to say their worries.please don't keep ur Pa while discussion going b/w doctor n patient

Another thing is TILL now I went to many hospital after the discussio doctor will write /print prescription in front of the patient n tell directly wen to take all the tablets or lotion this is basic

But I never seen tht receptnist is explaining the prescription den y doctor????

Other den tht everything was fine, atmosphere was awsm clean

Doctor was friendly with the patient but its not enough. Please try To give more confidence to the patient whether ur doing natural or artificial treatment for hair please give confidence to the patient .my hope went down I feel like in artificial wise also no one cannot cure the hair fall :(

I had to wait for 40 days to meet her, but dint get any information about my treatment for hair regrowth from the doctor. Her sister ( nurse) / case manager gave me information about the charges of the treatment. Forget about treatment and results, **** *** ***** ****** ******* *** ************* I met her when the consultation was Rs. 850 or Rs.800, i don't know whether she is taking extra care or giving special consultation after increasing it to Rs.1200.
