Dr.saravanan spends as much time answering questions as you need I never feel rushed. The office staff is always responsive \
doctor accepts an appointment on the app, confirms it and then proceeds not to pick up the call. I still show up at the clinic and it's closed!not sure who messed up, Practo or the doctor but this is unacceptable from a patient perspective
