Dr. R.Ramya explained each procedure clearly and was very patient. The doctor and assistant were soft-spoken and friendly. The clinic was clean, the staff were friendly, and the waiting time was short.

I had earlier taken treatment in 2005 for my dental issues for myself and my child in 2010 in different places and I really had no clue of what was being done

But I came across to Dr.Ramya's clinic in 2014 in Ashok nagar .she had collected a detailed information on the issues I raised, and took a thorough case history before she further processed my treatment. She chose to my choice of comfort ability and timing and conducted the treatment. She ensured that I never had any hesitations to ask or clarify things and was very kind and friendly with patients like me. Her attendance and hearing to patients were very gentle and dedicated Professionalism was seen

The amount of expenses I incurred in 2005 in a different place was little expensive,when I compared to her package in 2014 was far more economical even after 9 years gap.I was really surprised she was more keen on building good doctor and patient relationships with a professional service motive. Even on the payments raised she shared all the details, relevant and reasonable and more surprising was she gave me a choice to pay in few instalments during the course of treatment

Staff who attends also in very courteous in the reception. Sometimes in any emergency when we called she attended without any hesitation

Confirmed Rs.25000 at the first payment later changed a lumpsum amount to Rs.30000 on second payment for total treatment till retainer fixing.********* ******* *** ********* *** *** ******* ** ***** **********Once payment done approach is very bad

Collected money each time beyond agreed total lumpsum******** ******* ****** ******* ** ***** removed fixtures and asked for Rs.8000 again for retainers (Please find attached photographs)

I do not recommend this clinic to anybody
