I became highly motivated after the very first class. I am a working woman and these classes made me energetic throughout the day. 'Pregnancy is a beautiful journey and pregnant women are not patients' this is what I felt after attending the classes. We had valuable discussions about nutritions, having positive thoughts during delivery, after child birth, feeding and lot more as and when we did the exercises. I felt so positive each day , my colleagues appreciated me for being so active in spite of being Pregnant. I always used to look forward for Saturdays. We used to share pics of workout in our group and we literally celebrated Pregnancy. I wish all pregnant women Happy Pregnancy !! Thank you Pregnancy and Beyond and Priyanka doctor more..
