A few weeks ago, I noticed my 6-year-old grandson who is mildly autistic kept pointing to his teeth. As a grandparent, I was deeply worried because he cannot always express his pain clearly. Watching him uncomfortable broke my heart. I was not sure how we were going to handle a dental problem, especially since he finds new environments and people overwhelming.

Then we met Dr. Pavani, and everything changed. From the moment we entered her clinic, I felt a sense of calm. The staff were incredibly patient, kind, and gentle, welcoming us with warm smiles and understanding eyes. The ambience was soothing and child-friendly, filled with colors and a calm energy that immediately helped my grandson settle down.

Dr. Pavani took her time to connect with him she didn’t rush, didn’t push, just spoke softly and won his trust. Before performing any procedure, she carefully explained every step in simple, reassuring words not just to me, but in a way my grandson could sense her kindness and safety. She told us exactly what she was going to do and what to expect, and that confidence and honesty meant the world to us.

When she finally treated his decayed tooth, she did it with such gentleness, care, and expertise that I was in awe. My grandson, who usually resists any medical touch, sat through it because he felt safe with her. The procedure went smoothly, and within an hour he was smiling again pain free and happy.

I cannot thank Dr. Pavani and her wonderful staff enough for their compassion and professionalism. For parents or grandparents of children with special needs, finding someone who truly understands and connects with your child is a blessing and that’s exactly what Dr. Pavani is, a true blessing to children and their families.

Dr have a very good experience in handling my case and she is very soft spoken and also she maid very comfortable in terms of the treatment and Dr is very good in convincing me to come back for the follow up as it was not that scary after the first visit and Drs assistants also helpfull in assisting me and Dr diagnosed one more tooth problem that am suffering with and she have cleared that also. I and my little one had amazing experience with Dr.Pavani. This visit was for my 3year Son Vedha Narshima with tooth decay and severe tooth ache.

Dr.Pavani explained as to what treatment she is going to do. She showed the before and after treatment photos which makes it very clear for the patient to understand.

The assurance and the explanations that she gives before the procedure is extra ordinary. It's in very simple terms for anyone to understand and she lists out the pros and cons and lets us take a call. She is very straight forward and an unconventional doctor who makes you feel at ease being it just a consultation or a procedure.

She is just brilliant and a master of her trade and I highly recommend her.

The doctor was good and the clinic environment and staff were fine. However, the cost was ********* high and I was not informed about the charges beforehand, ***** *** ***********

On practo her cknsultatiin fee is rs 500 but she charged rs1000 .. stating that for explaining and spending two hours in the hospital for one patient.but actually she gave hardly her 30 minitutes only. During this 2 hours she send us to pediatrician to know my baby fitness for tratment .like he shiuld not have coldd cough.*** **** ***** *********** i waited there for 20 min and dr took 5 min to examinine him, i reached to her cabin but she was looking another patient,after that she went down to meet someone.she came after 20 min and then talked to us regarding treatment. **** **** *** *** **** ***** ******

A very smart and confident doctor who knows what she is doing. Would recommend her service to everybody.
