I was suffering from Migraine issues for more than 20 years.i have been taking allopathy medicines pain relievers in particular. Though I use to get a temporary relief this was a perennial issue and whenever I eat potato or sleep post 11.30 pm or stressful i was very sure of getting migraine next day.
