I'm 26 years old. I visited the doctor for some boils / pimples on my face which I never had in my life. My skin was glowing and clean. I had developed some small eruptions after a bout of chicken pox which refused to settle down. I visited the doctor and he charged me Rs 300 for consultation and a whole list of antibiotics, some face wash and multi vitamins. He did not make a note of the case history and hardly opened his mouth to talk to me. He asked me to take it for 30 days and with each passing day, the boils were getting bigger and bigger and were forming pus. I went back to him and since he didn't have the case history written anywhere I had to explain the whole problem again. He changed the antibiotics to something else. The eruptions remained and scarred my face badly. I felt I had a overdose of strong antibiotics and stopped taking all the tablets he prescribed. In no time my boils went down and my face became much much better. ** ****** ******** ** ***** ******* *** prescribed a whole lot of medicines. I spent 300 for a 1 minute consultation with him on each visit and it was such a waste. I spent 1200 on the consultation alone when it was actually making my problem worse. It was like I paid to worsen my problem.
