Dr first askd about the patients total history and present condition.Then verifying the records xray etc.if possible arranging the patient to see thro video thro the attendar.then prescribing the medicine etc for the patient.If necessary asking patient to a particular date to come and see the dr.

Doctor was really cool, explained clearly the scenario behind the neck pain, cause, and remedies politely to my dad (patient), Felt better after consulting him. Didn't charge much hardly 500 rupees including Cspine Xray, sr calcium, and consultation.
