My overall experience with the doctor was really good. She approached me in a very good manner, explained everything clearly, and gave me useful advice about hygiene since I stay in a hostel. However, the clinic staff were unresponsive and did not assist me when I needed help, which made the clinic experience frustrating.

The consultation with the doctor was very important. I listened carefully and felt that the doctor was helping us. Although it wasn't perfect due to our mistake, the doctor was supportive and I appreciate the help. I am waiting to see the results next week.

Mrs. Mangai Saravanan is a ever smiling, cool doctor. Not everyone with such an experience will be ever cool and be always quick to respond to the patient's and clear all their doubts and worries. Such an optimistic and experienced person.
