I have consulted Dr. M Hema before at a different hospital, *** ** ********** **** *** *** **** ****** At SRM Prime Hospital, the clinic staff was good and the waiting time was minimal. I would definitely recommend Dr. M Hema and rate my overall experience as five out of five.

The doctor was very good and kind. My wife is feeling better now after the treatment. The clinic experience was smooth with minimal waiting time, and overall I would rate the experience five out of five.

Doctor didn’t consider to visit her with report (follow up) on day before my flight was scheduled even though I made request stating my reason, ***** ****** *** *************** with no understanding of patients urgency, I don’t recommend the doctor and the staffs **** **** ***** ******** ** *** ** **** *** *********** **** *********

This was my first visit to the hospital and it was really nice. Dr. M Hema spoke kindly and behaved well with me. She understood my pain and was very supportive and honest. I truly feel doctors like her are a blessing.

And the Medicine was prescribed by the doctor. Blood test and CT scan was also done. I am feeling better now. Waiting time was not there in hospital. I am satisfied with the treatment given.  I can recommend this doctor to my family or friends. Doctor gave nice counselling, she told to do lifestyle changes. Hospitality was good. 

We had one of the best reassuring experiences with Dr. Hema. She was patient enough to thoroughly examine the results and conduct physical examinations and explained to us what these parameters mean. Most importantly, she diagnosed the actual condition and referred us to a specialist in another stream for further treatment.
