We had an emotionally overwhelming experience when we were told that my 4.5-year-old daughter would need a root canal treatment. We were very clear that only local anesthesia should be used — no general anesthesia under any circumstance — which added to the challenge.

Despite our fears and my daughter's complete resistance during the procedure, Dr. Trophymus (Pedodontist) handled the situation with incredible patience, empathy, and professionalism. He truly went above and beyond in tolerating the chaos with calm and care.

A special mention to the nursing staff as well — they were so gentle, compassionate, and comforting throughout. We felt truly supported at every step.

It’s now been over 15 days since the procedure, and I’m happy to say that my daughter is back to her normal routine, pain-free and cheerful — all thanks to the wonderful care she received.
