Hi practo viewers, Am writing review for the Laser

Gastroentrology clinic manage by doc Karthick who feels very friendly even in with in a short discussion. He won't talk much during appointment visit as could see his schedule is always busy on surgery section that you can perceive only after frequent visits unless clients may think doc is moody, non broadcasting, he is not giving importance to hear, etc etc.. But fact he engaged with surgeries on every day and clients even me put a condition that Dr. Karthick should handle my surgery so this the reason behind his surgical strike LOL 🙂.. Apart picture I came here to treat hernia problem which consulted with few docs but positively doc karthick took immediate decision and of course he shown an experience here and immediately gave me a conclusion on this. The overall time he took is 5 to 7 mins for which relatives accompanied with me and self happily surprised and I got admitted next day.. Surgery went well as doc confirmed and even me felt recovering slowly from the day 1... Then

what is cons here, Yes every area it should be and staff nurses are shown always demanded in the clinic and every time my wait time is more than hour for dressing. Experienced nurses are not found easily In the clinic except nurse sneha who deals my case and explains patiently but again she is in excessive busy. Not an usual thing in front office as other clinics because some follow a token system and lots of annoying happens but here front office and reception are very responsibility for clients and especially vetri whom is a doc's secretary helped me for all insurance and appointment related enquiries. Vetri is all in the environment.. Overall it is smooth experience for me....

I am not a person who uses internet Regularly.i keep travelling but chennai is my home town.i stepped into Gunasekaran Hospital to meet gynec, at first i was very comfortable Mrs.Dr.Manu. She found out wt my problem was and she told me Dr.Karthik my husband will be the best person help you. I was amazed by the way this young couple compliment each other they know their skills they know wt they are good at.They explain to you what your problem is...and ofcourse the remedies at its possible Best...and thats definitely thier success story down the years.Im glad i met them .

I visited the clinic, couple of weeks ago, with a sexual disorder(i.e. not erectile dysfunction). When I met the doctor I explained him thoroughly of the issues that I faced, to which he didn’t give a proper reasoning or consultation of what is happening to me. 17 Feb 2019. Day 1 was hectic,I rang at 10:02 Am and receptionist gave me appointment at 10:30 am, I reached to hospital at 10:27.I was waiting for 2 hours no one called me.aftermany requests the receptionist given me the route to doctor,where he found I have some fisser or fistula, and sujjested lazer treatment and and as I am an employee working somewhere he askedabout my medical insurance (regarding free treatment) for which I said don't have . doctor said one of my person(assistant ) will call you ,he took my mobile number.still I am waiting for the call since 10 days.26 Feb 2019.

For my inguinal hernia (left side), I was laproscopically operated by Dr. Karthik Gunasekaran on 20th March 2017, at Gunasekaran Hospital. ***** ******* *********** *** *** **** ** ******* *** ** ******* **** I never felt any pain post-surgery, except some tightness on the stomach because of the stitches for few days.

So it was a pleasant experience of no post-surgery pain, because even a small cut pains a lot, anywhere in our body.

Since Laproscopic method is the latest technology, I recommend to patients to undergo surgery by Laproscopic method, instead of open surgery.

Moreover, Gunasekaran Hospital is modern and maintained very clean.

The staff are kind and knowledgeable in their respective areas.

Also, my mediclaim insurance was efficiently handled by the hospital staff, without any hassle.

The doctors Manu and Karthik are very nice people. Manu lakshmi is a very good doctor and takes her time to explain things to you.

Same is the approach with Dr.Karthik as well. Hes very sweet and down-to-earth.

The only issue in this hospital is with the staff working there. Booked an appointment with practo and they never honor the appointment and i had to wait for 1.5 hours to meet the doctor. They chit chat, mind their own work and ignore you. I had to remind them multiple times about my appointment, as i had one more appointment with a different doctor. The receptionists and nurses frustrate you with their lethargic attitude.

If you get through these staff without getting bummed out, the hospital is a good place to be in and doctors are really helpful and nice.

Wrong evaluation and measures adopted to attend incontinence problem. The plan of operation was not elaborated and unjustified price value proposition (Rs 2.50 lacs for supra pubic catheder n TUV Sling). Even catheder input (word used by doc "small pipe") and the recurring pain and maintence process complications were not explained to us. Life's greatest regret and betrayal of trust .... Don't trust as SUFFERING is the appropriate terms post procedure! Written just to create NO ONE ELSE SHOULD SUFFER LIKE US......

Had a smooth experience for removing kidney stones in Laser kidney stones clinic.. Dr Karthik Gunasekaran is a very genuine person.. he clearly explained all procedures and options.. also suggested a safer option instead of laser surgery.. he maximum tries to c if the stones come out naturally for safety and decrease cost for patient. Dr Karthik Gunasekaran with his expertise and immense knowledge handled the surgery effectively.
