Dr. Kalpana Santosham

I have been to Dr Kalpana several times. In fact she is the person who did my wisdom teeth extraction.

The longest treatment time was when I required a root canal but my tooth was very sensitive and hence every time Dr Kalpana tried to work on it, I would be in discomfort. She was extremely patient with me, never pushing me more than needed and after several sittings, she did the root canal under sedation to ensure I was pain free during the procedure.

The cost remained the same despite me needing additional sittings just for my comfort. She did not bill me for those additional sessions.

Came to India for vacation and was apprehensive to do a dental visit....Last week to leave..Dr.Kalpana and her team made comfortable schedules and treated me and my teen daughter.... Should admit my 5 yr old son who dreaded a dental examination learnt about the procedure from her and cooperated well for his filling to be done...Within the short span of time she did her best. Would highly recommend her for the smile she brings to you!!!

The treatment plan explained in detail helped me make an informed decision about my dental procedures , which wouldn’t leave a hole in my pocket !

Very very expensive I paid 1400 rs today for general check up one teeth x-ray plus general cleaning .it takes me one day to earn this hard earned money please treat everybody's money equally more then my dental pain.this money pain has taken over more expensive .santhosm hospital group egmore very very expensive .

She was easily able to communicate to us with the treatment procedures and was very patient with kids

She made me feel comfortable. Explained the procedure . Painless treatment and above all followed up regularly about my improvements.

My son feared dentists because of his past encounters. He didn’t mind struggling with sensitive teeth and in fact a tooth was completely damaged because of a probable fall. But Dr. Kalpana understood kids and put him at complete ease. She explained each and every procedure, the purpose and outcome.

Doctor Kalpana was extremely patient with my daughter and was very quick with arranging the root canal as my daughter was traveling abroad. For a 8 year old being comfortable with a dentist was good.
