Dr. K Shakthesh

I have had issue with VERY HARD IMPACTED CERUMEN (Ear Wax) all my life and except for once during my school days, my earwax was NEVER fully removed due to extreme pain.

Visited Dr. Shakthesh in Sep 2020. He is VERY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY SKILLFUL. ALL Earwax was removed, and while it was a little painful at times, it was quite bearable.

The Doctor was EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE in the tone and manner in which he conversed throughout the procedure (took about 20 minutes or so), and was VERY PATIENT to listen to everything I had to say/discuss.

He was also VERY POLITE and took time to explain the issue (Keratosis). No other ENT doctor I have visited earlier (and I have visited a LOT of different ENT doctors) had told me (or explained) this term to me.

Dr. Sakthesh, is extremely cordial and friendly in nature. listens to every single detail we had to say. Visited this docyor due to extreme ear pain and discharge from ears. i was previously diagnosed with a perforation in my ear drum by a renowned doctor sits next to his hospital and he treated for 10 days with no sign of relief. My ear and throat was paining like anything. I visited this doctor. He was friendly while dealing with me and gave me medicine for 5 days and he told me that i have some infevtion in ny ears and throat and his medicines suits me very well and my pain was gone a day after.
