I was suffering from low back pain for quite some time.i found it painful to sit or bend. I met the Ortho and he diagonised it as Mild Lumbar Spondylosis. He referred me to Dr. Gayathri Devi, Physiotherapist. She told me very precisely about the therapy which she is going to give. The therapy was wonderful that in 4 to 5 days the pain subsided and in a week I was almost back to normal.now I feel much better.
