Dr. Janani is a very grounded professional *** *** ** *** **** ************** ********* *********** and holistic support. She listens to what the concerns are and provides detailed suggestions and apt treatment procedures. The best part is she does a proper root cause analysis which is not very common elsewhere. The products recommended are safe and highly effective and i would definitely recommend her for any concerns.

Started with a positive experience but ended up with a very bitter experience on my 4th visit *** ** ********* ***** *** ******** ******** ******** at the reception even though they claim to have worked for over 10 years. Over a small misunderstanding on which phone number the appointment should be tagged to, the staff and the doctor were very confrontational, rude to me and accused of me of saying things on phone which I did not. I was shocked to see such behaviour from the clinic - mainly from the doctor who wanted to be blindly supportive to her staff **** ***** *** ******** without knowing head or tail of what happened as she was not part of the conversation. They even claimed they recorded the conversation which they could not produce when I asked them to play it ********** ******* ******* ****** ** ********* In my years of going to dozens of doctors, I have never seen such rude behaviour from a doctor or the clinic staff. I was very shaken by the time I left the clinic. No patient should ever go through such an experience. One goes to a doctor or a therapist to look for a cure or a solution and not intimidation or confrontation. **** ** ******* ***** ** **** ***** **** *** ***

I haven't seen such a rude behavior in Dr profession. Have clearly explained over phone that i need a detailed copy of the prescription for my last visit. They asked me to visit the office by booking appointment and i did so. (Appointment doesn't matter, its first come first serve basis) I went by 3:30PM and waited till 5:15PM to meet the Dr JANANI. I explained her that i need to submit the documents for my insurance claim and showed her the reason for rejecting my last claim (my last prescription doesn't have the complaint and ailment details - this is requested by insurance company). She started shouting like she won't do imposition(writing it again). She told its waste of her time. I am sure if i have PAID her money, she might have given the detailed prescription. Dr JANANI DOESNT KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE TO HER PATIENT. I WONT PREFER / SUGGEST ANY ONE TO VISIT HER. ITS TOO COSTLY (RS 400 FOR FIRST VISIT/ FROM NEXT VISIT AMOUNT DEPENDS ON THE TIME SPENT WITH DR) FOR THE SERVICE THAT THEY ARE PROVIDING.

Dr. Janani was so wonderful and absolutely makes us feel so comfortable! Visited her for Xanthelasma treatment, She took time to explain things clearly and did not rush through my visit. Underwent a laser session to remove the yellow deposits around the eyes and she did it with utmost care and safety. The skin has completely improved now and she ensured it with 3 followup sessions to personally check on it. The clinic staff too are very professional n friendly and ensure that you get zero waiting time. HIGHLY recommended.

5 for doctor as she listed the problem very clearly and patiently and also cleared all the doubts,1 for appointment system. as they are not following. waste of booking an appointment. it is first come first serve. 2 for consultation fee as it is very costly, 4 for medications she prescribed as it is value for money, not very cheap and not very costly any one can afford and it also works. over all I will definitely recommend but it will be very help full if they follow appointment system and reduce the consultation fee.

I am suffering from this acne issue from 10 years trued al the medicines , but it is not reduced . After consulting here now I am very satisfied with the treatment and genuine approach , we are very mush satisfied and it's is a permanent solution, happy and will be suggesting to others.

Dr. Janani is an excellent doctor with ***** experience in understanding various skin health issues. I had the opportunity to consult her, and she did a wonderful job by providing valuable advice and proper treatment.
