I have visited doctor three times in the span of three months for the same issues. I was suffering from fever for past two days and then I met the doctor. When I just said that I am suffering from fever for the past two days, immediately the next question from her was, which company I work for and whether I am covered by insurance. *** ****** ** *** ***** ******** **** *** ** ********** *** ******* *** *** ** ******* *** ***** **** **** ** *** *** ************** But this doctor immediately forced me to get admitted in to the hospital without explaining about the issue or in fact, she did not try to listen of what I am saying . When I am admitted several tests were taken and all the tests were normal. Finally after keeping for three days in the hospital concluded that it's a viral fever . I was very upset with the treatment very upset.

The hospital billing section was so long. For the entire op section there was just one person handling the billing. So even though doctor did not have any patients we had to stand in the billing queue for long

First she was late. 40 minutes late.

Then she suggested to do X-ray and to meet a neurologist for headache that I had for just 2 days.

I felt it was not helpful to visit her. I didn't take any medication and still got better in 10 hours post visit.

I took OTC painkillers (PCM / Diclofenac) that didn't help and she prescribed PCM again. Considering PCM wasn't working on me it was disappointing to get the same in prescription.

I think better treatment can be received somewhere else.

Doctor was not friendly and hardly spent less than 5 minutes with us.

Went there for nausea related issue. Unhappy with the approach and diagnosis. Needs to be improved.

The experience with doctor was so satisfying whereas the front desk billing section was miserable. And the wait time was more. In spite of appointment taken the wait time was 1 hour.
