Booked an appointment for 2pm and waiting to meet the doctor for more than 2 hours. I got a call by 1:30 PM from the hospital to prepone the appointment to 1:30pm due to doctors meeting. Despite the disappointment, I came to the hospital by 1:35 PM and waited. The hospital staffs asked to register even before consulting the doctor which costs Rs. 700. Just could not imagine the the same type of experience while getting treated from this hospital.
Dr. Gopi is such a kind person down to earth and he makes us feel easy with any kind of health issues we had and he is very patience towards our queries and also explains it in polite manner for our easy understanding.I had my father checked with Gopi Dr and he had treated my father with more care. Thanks a lot Dr for your care and patience.
