Dr.Ganesh is very down to earth doctor. Wife had dizziness problems. We went to a lady doctor nearby (gynaecologist) our home first and some general medicines were given in prescription. Wife was doubtful as issue was sudden in last few days and hence went to V-Cure hospital. Within few minutes of meeting doctor, the cause was identified as Vertigo! Few activities were suggested (like lying down and getting up on one side) and while doing it, doctor explained why dizziness and the root cause! Very glad that we went here.
Doctor gave his mobile number and asked us to call if any issues still and inform after few days, after recovery ( Unlike many hospitals and clinics who charge us again if we visit after recovery!)

The doctor is great but others services are poor. I took my aged mother with severe back pain . The doctor saw her and advised injection and other medications plus an ecg. The nurse took more than 40 minuets for ECG and they totally forgot about the injection. I asked the other nurse to check the prescription and get the injection immediately as she was in pain. We waited one hour to get the injection and another half an hour to see the doctor again with her ECG reports. Surprisingly it was not crowded and hardly four to five patients were there. I did not understand why the staff are so lethargic . But the doctor was pleasant and professional. The staff really need proper training.

Paying Rs. 7500 for saline trips with extra payment for other miscellaneous is in no way acceptable of a fair practice. Doctor saying we have to earn from you does not look professional and gives complete trust and safe feeling from patient's perspective.
