My experience with Dr. Kumaragurubaran was good overall. He explained everything and suggested some tests. Though there was a long wait at the clinic, I am happy I met him.

My father aged 78 yeas had Hernia issues and he is not co-operating for treatments as he suspect that he may get other side effects due to surgery and some bad experience with other doctors , Meanwhile I came to know about Dr Mr kumar at Billroth hospitals through one of my family doctor who is having more than 40 years of experience in medical field , We met him on an emergency case and Dr kumar handled my father in a friendly way and diagnosed the problems perfectly and gave a clear explanation to my father which helps him to get rid of the surgery fear, instead of laparoscopy he suggested normal way due to age factor and for better way to place the mesh and the doctor suggested the need for open surgery instead of laparoscopy

All went well pleasantly without any trouble, we went for regular reviews for few months and he examined the wound physically and explained us how to apply oil etc , ,

now my father is back to normal as before at the age of 79 , He also suggested DO's and Dont's after surgery which helps my father for the healthy life.

Doctor investigation and treatment is good but the receptionist answer is not proper and when appointment is booked, I don see they are following it as all patients are standing in front of the door and entering inside to visit the doctor, then what is the use in booking appointments. I booked appointment at 2:00 to meet doctor at evening but I am the last person allowed to meet the doctor and I got irritated as no use in booking appointments. I don like to visit the hospital because of this irregular actions. Request to follow the appointment booked.

I asked doctor registration number for re-reimbursement as the reg.no is mandatory, I asked to receptionist on 28th as I require very urgent as they told they don have and doctor assistant nurse will be knowing it, I informed her to make note of it and get the reg.no. I called on 29th they transferred call to assistant nurse and she is telling I don know doctor reg.no and no one informed me yesterday. This shows the irresponsible service rendering to the patients. Got frustrated by the receptionist and assistant nurse answers. Doctors name gets affected because of this.
