First of all, getting an appointment at short notice was easy. The staff took only a few minutes to check and give me options that suited my calendar as well.
Secondly, from the moment I entered, I was greeted by very friendly and courteous staff. The cleanliness and ambience of the rooms gave me a very positive vibe about the place.
Thirdly, the quipment used to do an X-ray was very modern and gave me an impression of accurate process for diagnostics
Lastly, both Dr Aishwarya and Dr Arunachalam were very friendly doctors to interact with.
Dr Arunachalam came up as a very kind and simple human being. He was very polite while talking to me and addressed all my questions and concerns patiently. I developed a lot of respect towards him within few minutes of interaction. He performed the surgery to the best of my satisfaction.
