I was felt that full of positive energy was there inside the hospital.

only the small thing was problem that the system of procedure is little bit to improve.

The staffs who all are working inside, they are simply working good with joy and showing their full responsibility in their work.

But one thing we got irritate that waiting more than a hour without knowing the procedure.

Example:

1) The staffs are not following the report files movement from one place to other place.

2) Everybody mingle with each-other and getting them-self confused.

Communication gap between duty doctors and staff nurses,every one are pointing others to take decision so,I request you to reduce the gap and complete the process to patient as early as possible.

I want to ask one main question why u are not giving a patient record to us,what secrete in that?that is our record only know?if possible send me a reply to my mail

Not well organised. If you call them for an appointment they will say that they will call back but nothing happens. Large bruises for injections. No proper follow ups. Had booked for an appointment at 11.50 am and was able to meet doctor only after 5 pm Had to wait without even lunch. Already paid 20000 so no choice now

I am having a beautiful boy child. I take more treatment in more hospital, but no reactions for pregency. I take treatment in ISWARYA hospital past one year, doctor give so many tips and I do perfectly and I got a healthy boy baby. Thanks to Dr. Chandraleka madam. Now I like recommend waiting for babies couples.

But She has to change her attitude. Simply showing anger.. Also she should check all the reports before speaking to patient. She should be polite and listen to what patients says about their concerns and reports.

Coudnt meet the doctor even after waiting for 3 hours even after fixing appointments, kindly give preference to patients who have fixed appointment's, rather than giving importance to the interview process.

Service is so good...the doctors are friendly. The staff courteous is good. My overall experience at the hospital is good.
