Visited Chanda Balaji clinic and had mixed experience.

The Doctor has great work experience and very kind and cool.Answered all our queries patiently inspite of busy schedule.

However,the receptionist and nurse working in the clinic was very rude and they don’t have any idea how to treat and respect a pregnant women.The way they spoke to us over phone and inside clinic was not acceptable and asked us so many questions that is completely un necessary to the receptionist and nurse.

Advice to the management:

Please monitor the staff behaviour inside the clinic to continue good reputation.Looks like all their behaviour is un noticed.
