Had consulted the doctor for genital yeast infection. first he gave me medicine, ointment, creams for 20 days in a huge quantity. It got better *** * *** ***** ********* **** *** ***** He had given me a email address and asked me to contact him on email after 20 days. After 20 days when I contacted him he said pay again consultation fees. I paid and he didn't do anything new just said continue the medicine for 20 more days. I took the medicine again. so much quantity of medicine i took and it was costly. And i was still suffering from it after even following his advice and medicine for 40 days. He again had said that after 40 days contact me for further treatment. Now when i contacted again via email he said to pay fees again for the third time. I said to him sir, i have already paid twice and followed you for 40 days *** * ** ********* **** *** ********** can you be kind enough to tell me what to do next without me paying for the third time.He got angry and He ghosted me for the same and didn't reply. I sent thousands of email he wasn't replying I was shocked. I literally begged him several times to treat me and I wrote a review about the same on practo how he doesn't attend his patients.I even had paid consultation fees again but he cancelled my consultation and Finally he replied to me via email and said I am not interested in consulting you as you have tarnished my image by writing a review, goodbye. I was in shock, i Begged him afterwards to treat me and sent thousands of emails to him and by saying him sir plz treat me i have been under your treatment for a very long time and followed your medicine and spent around 3000 rupees on medicine and it is not possible for me to consult another doctor now. I really have a bad experience with dr Narasimhalu because without explaining the side effect of the medication he prescribed minoxidil to me. Now I am in a stage where i have to take medication in order to prevent hairfall for life long. Pls visit someother doctor if you can @everyone

I have consulted this doctor through practo. It is not even a video or audio consultation. Prescription given is not in the practo format and some of the information is not visible in the given scanned prescription over chat. The doctor should have approached me atleast by call , it is not the case and he closed my consultation without even giving the proper prescription. I trusted this doctor. I have been taking medicine from last 6 months for my skin n hair problem. He gave me some steroids. Recently I got eye cataracts for both eyes that to at inner side of eye ***** *** *** ** ***** ** ********* I have to undergo surgery to remove cataracts with lot of suffer and money. I went to this doctor for NE problem *** ** **** ** ******* ******* *** **** ** **** **** *********** **** *** ******** ********** **** *** *** ** **** ******* *** ***** * **** ***** ****** ******* **** ******* When I reported about this problem, this guy said this was not occurred due to my treatment. **** *************** **** ******* **** *** *** ** ******** ***** I am 29 year old person. * **** ****** ** *********** **** ****** ********

This patient consulted me six months back. He was diagnosed to have a severe skin and hair disease. He was already on high dose daily oral steroid when he consulted me. I had reduced and tapered the dose and prescribed less than 0.5mg/Kg body weight on weekly two days, without which his condition would have worsened further. This treatment is STANDARDIZED REGIMEN for his skin condition. This minimal amount of steroids will not cause cataract. Doctors prescribe medicine only after weighing the risks and benefits. In this case i have clearly explained that i am tapering the dose and giving him only small dose of steroid and that too twice a week. As a medical doctor i understand the mental agony he is undergoing but I am definite that it is not due to the low dose weekly twice steroid prescribed by me. I wish him a speedy recovery.

i consulted doctor narsimhulu for my daughter health issue through practo. i have gone through many doctors in my home town since two where nobody cured my daughter has hailoss almost 1/2 part of head got hair loss. i was so much worried but luckily i got this doctor and with in 1month the problem rectofied around 90percent . great doctor for skin issues.Really im thankful to you sir
