Its early to provide feedback on Dr. Bala’s diagnosis and treatment but feedback on the clinic can be added. Clinic houses one other Dr and reception/lobby is crowded with very limited seats even for aged parents. The wait time is atleast an hour or more, receptionist suggested to call the clinic directly for appointments and avoid Practo. They were unaware of my appointment booking via Practo and had to argue for the consultation on time, had to wait for an hour. Parking is limited on service road but manageable. Clinic has lab, other testing facilities and pharmacy.
Dr. S. Balasubramaniam is a nice person who handles patients with patience and explains doubts clearly. The clinic environment is good, and the staff behavior is also nice. I waited for a maximum of 30 minutes before the consultation.
He listened carefully to all my problems and suggested good medicines. I got ***** relief after the treatment. Thanks so much, Doctor.
