Dr. B. Madan Mohan

The experience with the doctor was okay and nice, though there wasn't much to be explained. Overall, it was a satisfactory visit.

I had been to the clinic to consult with Dr Madan for my wife's hypertension. Dr Madan is a ******** professional and it is a pleasure to consult him. Our last visit was on 19Apr2017.

However my experience with his front office / lab staff has been disappointing.

1) The front office staff did not give receipt for the consultation fee and asked me to come to the clinic at a later date for the receipt

2) The person who collected the blood sample was downright rude and unprofessional. He did not give the receipt. He was arrogant to ask us to visit the clinic after a few days for the receipt. He had promised that the report would be emailed - which was never done.

I dropped by the clinic again on 25Apr to collect the report - he took a long time to pull out the report and again refused to give the receipt. He asked me to visit the clinic again on 28Apr for the receipt.

A) Please AVOID doing any tests at this clinic.

B) Please pay the Consultation fee only once the receipt is generated - otherwise they will make you run around.

I've been consulting Dr. B. Madan Mohan for the past 10 years and have always been very satisfied. He gives clear advice, and I feel safe with the medicines he prescribes.

I am happy with my visit to Dr. B. Madan Mohan, who is a heart specialist. His clinic is well located in Adyar, comfortable, and patients are attended in order. Overall, everything was good and I found the experience positive.

I came for diagnosis of my heart, which was enlarged size and irregular heartbeat. After consultation, Madan suggested I go for angiogram for 100% accurate analysis.

After paying the fees, and angiogram done. He says to get the real reason behind irregular heartbeat or size I have to do some other tests.

Dr. Madan is a really wonderful doctor, softspoken and very gentle. He is also ready to listen to the patient and explain very patiently what the problem is all about. Extremely easy to interact. The clinic is excellent and we have no complaints at all on any count. We consider ourselves really lucky to have such a doctor.

Great experience. Doctor's simple communication gives confidence. Would recommend to my known people.

One important feedback: my driver took electric shock at the entrance of the bustling near the pillar light because of loose live wire. Please attend to avoid more incidences.

Dr examines v thoroughly.the echo .ECG.n he tells us step by step what diagnosis to do.does not hurrily scans or listens to you half n half.he doesn't push U to go through all the tests like other clinics.* *** * ******* ** *** **** ******* ******.thats what I like about Dr Madan Mohan.

He is very kind and gentle towards his patients, if it wasn't for him we would not be seeing our dad like now how's he is. My family and I are so grateful to him. He jus encourages and indulges in friendly conversation with the patient which gives them thw courage to overcome the disease. No words to express my gratitude. Thank you doctor.

I happened to be punctually present at 8:20pm for an 8:30pm appointment on 18/3/16. The receptionist was not aware of the appointment , the Dr had left, and no one had the courtesy or decency to call and reschedule. I think was very shabby and ridiculously rude. When one has an 8:30 appointment and the Drs timing is till 9 :00 what is the patient supposed to do.
