We have visiting Dr.Arvind for more than 10years for my different family members.He always provides honest opinion and provides valuable suggestion which were also practical to follow.

Even though we stay 30 kms away from his clinic, we make it a point to visit his clinic only in case of any Ortho related problems.

A doctor with a high pragmatic approach. He gave very Clear information and explanation of the problem in detail. Has a friendly approach.

He ia very Good Doctor. He listen the problem very patiently. He explains the problem in very polite way and in a layman language. His behaviour is vey good. He trat the patient in a polite way.

**** ****** ** **** ** ********* ** ****** when we went there for a ACL tear issue he just ask to take rest and prescribe medicines for 4000 rs everytime visit, no pain has subside so far...

Later he suggest a MRI scan in westminster hospital which costs 10000 rs ***** ** ******* ****** **** ** ***** **** ******* *when we asked about aarthi scan center, he told westminster is the best of town @ 3 times higer price, **** ** *** *** * **** ********** **** **** ***** *** We took scan also and visited him again.

Finally his suugestion was put us on cofusion. he told we can wait for one moth by continuing with medication or go for surgery,

I had an appointment at 2.30PM with the doctor and had to wait till 3PM for his arrival. While I was the only patient available, I noticed one of the management lady taking some other person to meet the doc. Since I witnessed it, they told me it would be over by 5 minutes and then I am next in line. I waited till 3.15PM and did not want to wait anymore. Reasons why I'd never recommend this hospital and the doctor:1. The doctor arrived half an hour late while he specifically confirmed by appointment at 2.30PM2. The hospital is under construction and is pretty new. Which is exactly why the management has to betot their toes when it comes to customer satisfaction3. While I hesitated to wait anymore, I had requested to return my registration money and one of the staff walked into the doctor's room to explain the situation. She came back and asked the receptionist to return my cash.To my surprise, none of them apologized for whatever happened. No matter who you are, if you do not value a fellow member's time, *** **** ****** ******** ** * ***** ** *** ***** ******

He identified and explained the problem to us in details . And gave a good and practical solution.

He is an excellent doctor. I am very happy with his treatment.

My wife had a fall and wrist immobilised Got the appropriate treatment with his immediate personal care.Fully satisfied

Very good person very friendly very frank and most importantly always available on mobile unlike others who are not accessible and do not like to speak to the paitent.

He is one of the most jovial docs out there and also explains the problem to the patient which is not very common these days.

Doctor is so friendly and clear in his explanation. Happy to see him updating according today's technology.
