My counselling is for Weight loss and She gave a chart for my weight reduction (which i gained after a minor surgery). She is too professional and completely understood my physical problem and charted a excellent diet plan with right mix of physical activities (subjective to individuals based on ages and health). It worked out well and I gradually lost my weight from 92Kgs to 75Kgs over a period of 15 months as she insisted that i can shed weight in natural method.

She is very listen to her patients with utmost patience and notes very minute of the details. She gave a good diet plan which is very dynamic according to the season availability and the body nature (as I am allergic to few vegetables and few food items).

Her consultation started to show results after 2 months only, till then I was with full of skepticism. Then she advised some habitual changes for the sustained fitness which indeed worked a big time.

Ms. Anusha was professional, welcoming and understanding. She explained briefly about what I had to do and what not based on my lifestyle. Since, this is my first appointment, I don't have much to tell. But, I got good clarity about my diet and mistakes with my lifestyle.

I was diagnosed with insulin resistance couple of years back. Initially I did not realise the intensity of it.But later, it made me undergo a lot of physical and mental stress. I tried out various medications , none of them cured it , rather my body had gone under the control of the pills and steroids. I have had a great experience with Dr.Anusha, she really listens good and she is not following a generic diet chart like few others do..she completely understands our body, and framing a diet chart specific to each patient. Also, unlike mentioned in few fitness apps and blogs, she doesn't cut the sugar and carbs completely, rather gives more importance to our taste /liking for food, lifestyle etc and suggested a tailor made chart which was very easy to follow as well.
