I have consulted this doctor long ago in Tirunelveli. I was very much satisfied with his treatment. So I travelled a long distance to Chennai only to meet this doctor at Fortis Malar Hospital. I agree that I was a bit late but they told me that the doctor is already left and my appointment is cancelled. Hence I requested for another appointment on another day. As Informed I was on time for the consultation, I paid the bill and waited for half an hour. Later the reception staff came to me saying that the doctor is sick and the consultation can''''t be done today. They cancelled my bill and returned my cash. I was very disappointed for being mistreated and for wasting my time. I Know the doctor is very good and experienced but I blame the hospital for the rude behaviour. I never recommend this Hospital.

I rarely give negative reviews ... however the experience was so pathetic, that i could not stop myself from giving this review, since I am sure there are many more who might be ready to be the next victim to what seems

I rarely give negative reviews ... however the experience was so pathetic, that i could not stop myself from giving this review, since I am sure there are many more who might be ready to be the next victim to what seems to be a well crafted scam show.

First, i don't want to name any individual here, basically this place is highly commercial and the only focus is to make you sign up packages, with all the fancy equipments that is already available there. It is sad to see hospitals run like business centers and this one is a perfect example.

The only focus is towards money and seldom you are even seen or treated by the doctor. Most of the times it is either an unskilled staff and the doctor barely supervises or take any ownership whatsoever, in the overall treatment process of the patient.

They will ask you to sign up for a package initially and then lure you into their laser trap .. none of their treatments seem to work and this is a feedback i had collected from umpteen number of patients i had witnessed coming there every other week.

Most of them go back frustrated, since the promise to clear their scars with all the expensive high-profile equipments, just seemed to be a gimmick.

For a 3-4 minute procedure you will wait approximately 2-4 hours. And if you are going in for the first time, you will be treated like a prince or a princess. And then once you sign up for the package, you will see the dark truth unfolding itself.

It was such a unpleasant episode overall with a net loss of 25K .. so kindly take caution !
