At present am the HOD and Professor in the department of Periodontology and also The Principal of Tagore Dental College at Rathinamangalam Chennai 48 near Vandalur.Dr Chitraa R Chandran has attended various continuing education courses in Conservative dentistry, Prosthetics Pedodontia and Implantology and passed the first level of exam conducted by The American board of Implantology. She has also conducted continuing education courses in Periodontology and have presented papers in conferences.She also has organized and conducted camps at various places through college and also conducted camps in many schools around the clinic. In addition she has worked with Lions club in conducting camps.
