I am a 65 year old foreigner living in Ladakh for 12 years. I submitted these questions to all the doctors, but Dr. Lenin was the only one who responded immediately. He actually called me and spent at least 30 minutes answering all of the different concerns I had. The other surgeons on my list either had their assisitants respond to me or did not respond at all. Dr. Lenin treated me with the greatest respect, kindness, and patience in addressing all my concerns both before and after surgery.
Dr. Lenin is gentle, confident, ***** ************ and experienced surgeon. He was always accessible, responding by text or call very quickly to any questions I had thereafter. He is always very calm, and professional. He has built his own hospital and created a sense of family with his staff who are also very committed to serving him and his patients in the best way. THe energy in his hospital is one of love, truly caring for patients and very professional *** ************* in their responsibilities and duties . He has the rare ability to deeply listen to others, and I felt he truly cared for my situation. I was deeply touched by his willingness to help me in anyway, listen to me and to respond, regardless of how much time it required. He won my heart before I ever met him.. A huge part of success is any medical situation is having complete trust and respect in your care provider. There was no question for me, and I know he was the best surgeon for me.
His hospital is very clean and well organised and excellent, caring communicative staff. Everyone was very professional and yet very kind as well. This was only my second surgery of my life and definitely the biggest decision and health concern of my life and I am so incredibly grateful that I went with Dr Lenin.
It is rare to find such * *****a surgeon who is also an incredible human being and has the ability to listen deeply and care, and be totally accessible if needed. It has been two weeks since my knee replacement surgery and I am walking without cane or a walker, and without a limp. Yesterday I walked almost 1 km. I also have no problems going up and down steps. I never thought this would be possible.
I will recommend Dr. Lenin to anyone at any time, and I am incredibly grateful for what he has done for me and how he has changed my life. A deep bow of gratitude and respect.
