Friday i went to apollo greams road chennai to consult Mr. V.L.Arul Selvan Neurologist. He is very much interest to have discussuion with patient within 5mins only, after he will message to person assistant thru mobile, then his PA will send another patient inside the doctor room without taking permission to disturb earlier patient discussion. It is indirectly saying to previous patient to go out from doctor's room. then i consult doctor and shown my previous test report include CT SCAN of brain took in apollo in 2 weeks before. He saw the report and suggested to take further blood test and MRI scan (Worth of 20k). I took those test saturday and again i went to hospital on saturday to consult about the recent test reports. Again he gone through the reports, again he suggest to take futher blood test (Worth 11k) and prescribed medicine as Tydol 50mg & Dolo 650:)
i had worst experience with Apollo doctor. i suggest people to avoid this doctor for consultation
Had gone in to check for an eye related neuro problem. The "doctor" didn't even bother to look at my face when I was explaining to him my issues. My mom was trying to add points that I had forgotten and he didn't even note down those points in the case history file. Took 30 seconds to go through my scans and prescribed more scans. Attended a call in between the consultation without even asking for an excuse. The PA came in between ****** *** ******** ******** ****** ********** ***** ********* *** ****** * ****** ******* All in all I had to ask him what is the diagnosis and all he said was it's not related to the eyes and got up to walk out of the room. Visited Dr for my first appointment.Appointment given at 2:45 pm but allowed to visit Dr at 4 PM.
The consultation happened with Dr not even 10mts.In that 10mts as a patient I was narrating my issues.
Dr Not bothered to collect anyother history and not screened for differential diagnosis.soon prescribed medication ***** *** ****** **** *******(not explained the indication of medicine or my diagnosis on visit)
Good one of medicine not available in Apollo pharmacy.

Dr was fully preoccupied did not even listen to the problem. He neither identified the reason for guidiness nor gave a solution. ***** ****** ** *** *** ***** ** ****** Overall not satisfied.
