I am Anchita Thiagarajan, a psychologist at The Mind Care, with an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education & Research. My practice is rooted in an evidence-based, holistic approach to mental health, with a strong foundation in Brhdhi Vidya – The Indian Psychotherapy. I work with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents, supporting them through a wide spectrum of concerns — from stress, anxiety, and depression to more complex challenges like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and phobias.
