Bad experience from the doctor ever. Please do not go to this clinic ** *** **** ** **** ******** **** ********** ** * **** *** ******* I previously had 3 wisdom tooths removed from a different clinic and this was my 4th wisdom tooth removal, hence I have the credibility to comment and compare my experience from both the clinics. First day I went to him for 4th wisdom tooth removal, he checked and said this requires a surgery for removal which I know already due to my previous experiences with 3 tooth removals. In addition he mentioned that there may be a chance that the tooth next to wisdom tooth may also be removed incase of decay or damage ******* **** ****** *** ***** ** *** ************* ******* **** ***** ** ** **** ******** **** ******** ** ** * ****** ***** ***** *** ******* ** ********* ************ *** **** ***** ********* ******** **** ***** *** ** * ****** ** ******** *** ***** **** ** *** I thought it was a usual disclaimer which every doctor gives before a sugery and went ahead for scheduling surgery the next day.

Next day morning the appointment was at 9.30AM but the doctor came to the clinic only at 11AM, which was frustrating. By that time there was a lot of crowd and everyone got frustrated. When my turn came, he just took an xray and did not explain to me what he was going to do. He took a syringe and put anesthesia without telling or explaining. He asked me to wait outside. He called me again after some time and about to start the surgery. Since I had experience of extracting three wisdom tooths I know whether the anesthesia had fully nummed the area or not. So I told him it's still not nummed he again put a second round of anesthesia. After sometime he called me and started the surgery, as he started I told him I still can feel the pain and tried to tell him that anaesthesia has not worked. I can tell this for sure because during previous extraction procedures there was not much pain at all. **** **** ** ****** **** ******** Two of his staffs pushed and tied my hands and I could not move. It was a horrible experience. ******* *** ******* **** ** ** **** I paid Rs 4500 for this awful experience and came home. After coming home when I noticed the tooth next to the wisdom tooth is also missing. He never told me even after completing the surgery. Deceiving everyone. When my wife called him to enquire the same he says calmly that he tried to save the tooth, and its ok he can rebuild artificial tooth. *** *** *** ****** ** ***** ***** *** **** ** *** ***** ****** *** *** *** *** ********

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the consultation fee of ₹800 charged for a 5:10 minute consultation at your clinic today. I felt the fee was excessive considering:

- No medication was provided

- No cleaning or treatment was done

- Only a small X-ray was taken

- The consultation mainly involved discussing treatment options for root canal treatment and tooth extraction

For a consultation alone, ₹800 seems steep, especially when other clinics charge ₹300-₹500 for consultation and X-ray combined. Previously, your clinic charged ₹200 for my child's consultation, which seemed reasonable.

I appreciate your expertise, but I hope you understand my concern about the fee. If the effort doesn't warrant ₹800, I'd appreciate it if you could reconsider the charges.

Doctor Rajesh was an expert in his profession.

He was a Gentleman a noble soul.

Although he was a Dentist he used to advise on the importance of being healthy.

I was taking medication for stress and anxiety so doctor

advised me to overcome it with yoga and meditation.

RIP DR RAJESH YOU WILL BE FONDLY REMEMBERED

Good and kind approach provided by staff and doctor. At the time of entered in to the clinic staff confirmed Dr just left. The staff informed him he returns clinic and treated me. That's a good job done by Staff and Dr. No words to express provided there service and careness.

I visited Dr. Nivesh and Dr. Shreya Nivesh for replacement of artificial teeth. Highly satisfied with the treatment. The cost was nominal and the doctors were very friendly. The ambience and the approach of the doctors made me feel really comfortable. I will surely recommend this clinic for my near and dear ones.
