Care was taken to quell any trepidations, patients may have. I was received well by the reception and in due time, Dr. Sharaddha addressed my concerns and explained in detail the expectations to be had. She was forthright and kindly answered all the queries and concerns. There was never a hard driver to push to any procedure. Due care was taken in all areas especially during the procedure.
