Dr. Vijayant Govinda Gupta’s surgical treatment and management was outstanding. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The hospital staff was calm and humble, and the clinic was very clean, making my overall experience excellent.

Vijaynt govinda gupta on 3rd feb 2026. I planned my journey from other state and took an appointment of 2.02.2026 after paying 10000 rs in advance. The staff gave me a time of 1pm and i reached on time and they shifted my time from 1pm to 4 pm and was waiting 3hours ** **** ********** ******** *** **** **** ****** ***** *****.When my number came the doctor vijayant govinda gupta hardly listen my condition and not even checked my part and said for zsr circumcision . Hardly he gave me 30 seconds and not even listening my problems. The staff outside room told me total cost is rs. 35000 for zsr 2.0 circumcision including stappler cost.Next day they call me at 7 am in the morning to Apollo spectra and around 1pm they operated me. They *** **** ******* *** **** ** **** ********** ** *** **** ****** *** started surgery and ask to wait till the clearance from insurance. From insurance company they charged 32000 rs extra and 10000 rs from me and in total they received 42000 rs and then there staff came to me in room with lots of medicines and asked to pay rs. 3650 ****** I paid 3650 ***** *** ***** ********* ******* ******* ********* ** *** ********* ******* ** *** ********* *** ********* **** ********** *** ** ** **** **** ***** *** **** ********* *** *** **** ********* ** ***** ** ***** ********* *** ******** *** ********** ********* * ******* **** ****** **** ******** ** *** ***** *** *** *** *** *** *** ********* **** ******** *** **** *** **** ** **** ***** *** ********** The staff came up with medicines *** **** **** and asked me to pay 3650 as he has no time to even listen.I called there staff shruti mam to refund extra amount as they charged 42000 instead of 35000 in total but Shruti mam over there denied to refund rs. 7000. I had to wait about an hour for my consultation. The doctor didn’t give full attention and was discussing other patients during my time. My concerns weren’t really addressed, and most of the explanations were left to an assistant *** ****** **********. I didn’t get clear guidance or much new information. Overall, I felt my time and money were wasted.

Dr. Vijayant Govinda Gupta and his staff are experienced, and the clinic is clean with good staff behavior. Although it can get crowded, my concerns were heard and explained well during the consultation. Overall, the time and fees paid were worth it.

Dr. Vijayant Govinda Gupta is an experienced and kind doctor who speaks nicely to patients and has a good approach to treatment. Many patients come to his clinic from all over India. My treatment experience was positive, though the wait times, especially for surgeries, can be quite long.

I initially recommended Dr. Vijayant Govinda Gupta, but later felt that he was unresponsive and not very helpful.
