Love of my life, my husband has passed on tragically, I had a small 6year old son. I joined a job, but could not stop missing him and cried all the time. No concentration on work and son made me feel miserable. Then a colleague who has herself visited Dr. waraich referred me to meet her. And then there was no looking back, she just held my hand and as if she kept pulling me out of my dungeon. Her therapies on Dbt in later years are helping me to leave my fears aside and move on. It's been an amazing meeting doc. I have further recommended my friends who ever needed help and will always refer Dr. Waraich to anyone near me who needs help.

Listened very patiently even though my problem was trivial compared to very serious cases that come to her. Suggested courses of action that would help me deal with my anxiety. Without medicine, so it is a myth that psychiatrists only prescribe meds. If patient does not need, doctor does not over-prescribe. I have learnt techniques I can use for a lifetime! Highly recommended. Worth the wait time!

Leaving my job and caring for an elderly parent left me low on confidence and fearful of the future. I got some excellent tips from Doctor and her friendliness and patient ear gave me much-needed boost. No medication was prescribed since she felt I did not need any. I learnt Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to correct some negative thought patterns which everyone has. Highly recommended!
