Mine was an online consultation on Practo. The Doctor did not give appropriate time to understand the issue, did not provide a proper resolution which could have worked for me. She seemed in a hurry and claimed that she called me multiple times when i did not receive invite for any. I paid for a video consultation but had to have a voice call of hardly 2 minutes. I sent her pictures of the allergic formations on my skin and waited for more than 20 minutes for her response. She claimed she was stuck in another consultation but as much I understand from Practo, for any immediate consultation, only the available doctors are offered to the patient.

I had few days where i could consult her again with the update on my condition. I reached out to her explaining my problem in detail but she offered to call and never called after that. I requested her couple of times to provide a resolution but she did not respond.***** ** **** * **** *** ****** ***** ********* *** ** ***************
