I recently got my wisdom tooth extracted at Dr. Anshu Gupta’s clinic and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Before the procedure, I informed them that I had undergone a difficult extraction on the other side a year ago. I was assured that this time it would take only 15–20 minutes and would be painless.

The extraction finished within 20 minutes, but after reaching home I felt a sharp, pointed sensation at the surgery site. The pain was so severe that I couldn’t even have liquids or sleep properly—it felt like something sharp was constantly hurting my tongue. When I went back to the clinic, I was told that the discomfort was due to stitches and that nothing could be done before a week.

We went there for ****** tooth filling, she checked and said that several (20) other teeth that required filling but we opted for few only. Both the dentist and her assistant treated us. They drilled our teeth ** **** **** **** ** ** *** *** ********* **** ************ it was ruthless. After drilling a little she said it required RCT all of a sudden. **** ******* **** ** **** ** **** ****** ******* *** *** ***** ***** ***** ****** **** **** ******* **** ***** **** *** *** ******* ** **** **** *** **** *** ********** Please don't ever go to this doctor.

Dear Sir, I myself personally treated your wife’s front teeth cavities. And the teeth were treated with extra cautious care. How can you say that the drilling done was more?? I have been doing fillings for last 22 years, and I am quite experienced in doing this job. If you had any problem , you could have visited us back and we would have taken cars of it. We gave you a follow up call also and you never responded. As far as 20 teeth fillings are concerned , you can go to any dentist and get the treatment plan cross checked. In case the other dentist tells you something else , we will refund you your money. Regarding your root canal treatment also , you were informed before starting the procedure. Kindly don’t try to tarnish our reputation by writing falsified stories. You could have gotten back to us anytime, had we refused to attend you , then we were to be blamed. We have done our best and will continue to do so ….
