The Doctor is gem of a person. Very detailed, focused and meticulous professional. Quite experienced and matured approach in treatment. The best part of him is "Not Money minded". Thanks for his support for my mother's eye treatment for which I was very much worried. The doctor has the ability to determine / detect the issues without much help of instrument / procedures which are expensive. Really a skillful doctor with wonderful personality. Thanks again.

The doctors behaviours are cordial and friendly. But very bitter experience from the customer care counter. They’re neither polite nor friendly to the patients/customers. Their behaviour irritates the visitors who will neither visit him/herself for the second time nor will recommend any of their known ones. The authority must see to change their attitude towards the customers/patients.

The customer service is very poor. They doesn't treat patient properly. Calling on different dates multiple times and not attending properly.

Pls dont visit them.

We waited for 2 hours for a normal eye test and received another date for final call but even after visiting them twice they didnt attend us with few excuses.
